A lifetime of public service combined with over 16 years of practical public safety service in transportation and commercial motor vehicles. Our operations terminal is conveniently located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We are also certified in all lower 48 states (Excluding NY).

We offer professional pilot cars for lead and chase positions during oversized load movements. CTSS also offers route surveys and safety evaluations.
CTSS also has the practical expertise to provide CMV compliance evaluations in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) Title 49, Parts 383, 390, 393, 395.

CTSS management received formal training and has years of practical experience in motor vehicle and CMV highway safety operations and compliance.
CTSS management was trained at the United States Army Unit Movement Officers Course and has practical experience in weighing and marking multimodal equipment, movement planning, convoy operations, blocking and bracing, palletization, and equipment tie-down procedures related to the safe and efficient movement of large pieces of military equipment by public highway.
